never has a working home phone number). In the past, he has been involved with projects for the Army Engineer

After the first time he saw the symfony framework, he was immediately impressed and can be seen as a symfony advocate at this point, especially aiming at The Netherlands. He does this by doing presentations, by writing weblog posts, by working on symfony projects both in his hobby projects as well as professionally, and by running the website symfony-framework.nl.
Aside from symfony, Stefan is a big enthusiast of PHP5 and the more professional way of development it supports. He is also a very big supporter of an agile approach of project management and execution. He does believe that there is no true agile system, but that most projects/companies benefit most from a combination of SCRUM and XP.
